Overview
The AccuSharp 6.5″ Fillet Knife is a great choice for maneuvering the contour of the fish to carve out perfect fillets. The blade is made from satin finished stainless steel then coated with titanium to strengthen the cutting edge against premature wear. The fish scale design on the non-slip grip handle features an over molded TPR surface for a secure and comfortable grip. Use the AccuSharp 2-Step Carbide-Ceramic Knife Sharpener to sharpen your knifes blade with just a few strokes through the coarse slot to restore the edge, and a few strokes through the fine rods to finish and polish the fine edge for a smooth sharp finish.
