The Old Timer 110V Electric Fillet Knife comes with a longer cord for better accessibility whether your filleting at the dock or by the shed. Much like most of you Old Timer was tired of other knives not having enough cutting power or breaking due to poor construction and materials. The Electric Fillet Knives were designed and built to take out all the frustrations every fisherman has dealt with for far too long. The ‘Built for Generations’ mission didn’t stop at folding and fixed blades; it stretches across all knife categories. The electric fillet knife comes with a carrying case for easy on the go storage and a new 8 inch stainless steel optimal blade. This blade allows for easier cutting so you can spend more time fishing and less time filleting.
