The Premium line comes standard with a Powder D2 blade which is an upgrade from regular D2. The Premium weighted has internals re-engineered to give you a smoother dependable action. The Handle is made of high quality Premium Metal Alloy which gives it more weight. The Templar Knurling on the top and bottom of the handle adds to a better grip.
