For firearm purchases, I certify that I am 18 or older for shotguns and rifles, and 21 or older for handguns. I understand it is my full responsibility to ensure the firearm, ammunition, or accessories I am purchasing are legal for me to own in my state or jurisdiction. I agree and fully understand that anything purchased from Sentry Firearms LLC is to be used legally and that I am solely responsible for any misuse and the associated damages. I agree that I will abide by all safety standards, regulations, and legal regulations when owning, operating, or using anything I have purchased from Sentry Firearms LLC.

I agree that any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State where Sentry Firearms LLC is incorporated (Florida), and any proceedings will take place in the county where Sentry Firearms LLC is located (Duval County).

1. Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
2. Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
3. Always keep the gun unloaded and engage the safety device if possible until ready to use.

When I use a firearm I will always follow safety rules and guidelines set out by the NRA.
