Featuring the Taurus Modular System; a serialized modular chassis that enables end users to quickly swap frame sizes between the full size compact and subcompact. An ambidextrous slide release pairs with the reversible magazine catch accommodating both left- and right-handed shooters. The Taurus TX9 uses industry standard dovetails for its iron sights readily accepting many aftermarket options. The TaurusTX9 is Also optics-ready right out of the box utilizing the existing Taurus T.O.R.O. System. The full-size TaurusTX9 has a 4.5 inch barrel and 10 capacity. 4 interchangeable backstraps enable additional customization so shooters can properly fit the gun to their hands.
